Refund and Return Policy

At NØØT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding returns and refunds at Min forretning v/Anastasiya.

1. 30-day extended right of withdrawal

We offer an extended right of withdrawal of 30 days (the legal requirement is 14 days). The period is calculated from the day you receive your item. Notification of withdrawal must be given via email to support@nootpouch.dk.

2. 60-day satisfaction guarantee

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on your first tin. If you have used NØØT as directed for at least 14 days and do not experience an effect, we will refund the price of one tin. Contact our support to claim this guarantee.

3. Conditions for return

Hygiene reservation: As NØØT Pouches are a food/consumable product, the right of withdrawal lapses if the seal or packaging on the tin is broken. We can only accept unopened products for health and hygiene reasons.

4. How to return an item

To return an item, please first contact us at support@nootpouch.dk. Once we have approved your request, we will send instructions.

  • Shipping costs: When cancelling a purchase, you are responsible for all costs of return shipping.
  • Important: We do not accept packages sent without delivery to a specific address or packages sent cash on delivery (COD).
  • Responsibility: You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.

5. Right to complain

You have a 24-month right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. For NØØT Pouches, however, this right is limited by the product's natural shelf life. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged upon receipt.

6. Refund

We will refund the amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received your notification of withdrawal (however, we may await receipt of the item). Refunds will always be made to the same payment method that you used for the purchase.
