Welcome to NØØT. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on nootpouch.dk, which is owned and operated by:

1. Prices and Payment

All prices on the site are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but not for orders that have already been confirmed.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
  • Shopify Payments
  • MobilePay
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped from our warehouse.

2. Order and Confirmation

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email. A legally binding agreement is only entered into when you receive a shipping confirmation from us.

3. Delivery

We deliver to addresses throughout Denmark and selected EU countries. We use PostNord, GLS, and DAO.

  • Delivery time: Normally 1-3 business days in Denmark.
  • Shipping costs: Stated at checkout before payment.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Important for NØØT products)

As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping online. However, special rules apply to our products:

Note: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal lapses if the seal on the can is broken. NØØT Pouches are considered a food/consumable item, and we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or where the seal has been broken.

If you wish to cancel a purchase of an unopened item, you must notify us at support@nootpouch.dk no later than 14 days after receipt. You then have 14 days to return the item. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item.

5. Right to Complain

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month right to complain about defects and deficiencies that were present at the time of purchase. For goods with a limited shelf life (such as NØØT Pouches), the right to complain is limited to the product's natural shelf life.

If you discover a defect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nootpouch.dk.

6. Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By shopping with us, you accept this processing.

7. Complaints Procedure

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact support@nootpouch.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to:

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Purchases of goods on nootpouch.dk are subject to Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the ordinary Danish courts.
