This subscription policy explains how our regular delivery service works at Min forretning v/Anastasiya. By subscribing at nootpouch.dk, you accept the terms below, which ensure you an easy and stable delivery of NØØT Pouches.

1. No Commitment

We believe in freedom. Therefore, there is no binding period on our subscriptions. You can pause your subscription, change the frequency, or cancel it entirely at any time without additional costs.

2. How it works

When you select "Subscribe and save," you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method for each renewal. We will send your NØØT Pouches at the interval you have chosen (e.g., every 2nd, 4th, or 6th week).

3. Automatic payment and reminders

  • Your chosen payment method will be automatically debited on the day of renewal.
  • We will send you an email reminder 3-5 days before each renewal, giving you time to make changes if desired.
  • The subscription continues automatically until you choose to cancel it via your customer profile.

4. 14-day right of withdrawal & Hygiene

In accordance with Danish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the first delivery in your subscription.

Important regarding hygiene: As NØØT Pouches are a food/consumable item, your right of return for the individual delivery lapses if the seal on the can is broken. We can only accept unopened products for return.

5. Manage your subscription

You have full control via your personal account at nootpouch.dk. Here you can:

  • Skip a delivery if you have plenty in stock.
  • Update your delivery address or payment card.
  • Cancel the subscription immediately.

Cancellation deadline: Changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to ensure that the order is not packed and shipped.

6. Failed payments

If your card has expired or there are insufficient funds, our system will attempt to complete the payment again over the next few days. If all attempts fail, your subscription will automatically be paused, and we will contact you via email.

7. Prices and changes

All subscription prices include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. Should this occur, you will be notified via email at least 30 days before the change takes effect for your subscription, giving you the opportunity to cancel it.
