Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on nootpouch.dk, owned and operated by Min forretning v/Anastasiya. By placing an order, you accept the conditions below.

2. Formation of Agreement
When you place an order on our webshop, it constitutes a binding offer. However, a legally binding agreement is only entered into when you receive an order confirmation or invoice from us via email, or when the item is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of inventory errors, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.
3. Age Requirement
To shop on nootpouch.dk, you must be 18 years of age or older. Our products contain nootropics and natural caffeine and are not suitable for minors.
4. Health Disclaimer
NØØT Pouches are dietary supplements and not medicine. They are not intended to cure or prevent diseases.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in DKK and include 25% Danish VAT. We reserve the right for typographical errors, currency changes, and obvious pricing errors. If a price is obviously incorrect, we are not obliged to deliver the product at that price.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched from our warehouse.
6. Delivery
We ship with PostNord, GLS, and DAO. Delivery time in Denmark is usually 1-3 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
As a general rule, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. However, the following exception applies:
If you wish to return an unopened can, you must notify us within 14 days and bear the return shipping costs yourself.
8. Right to Complain
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month right to complain. However, for products with a limited shelf life, the right to complain is limited to the product's natural expiration date. Contact us immediately at support@nootpouch.dk if the item is defective upon receipt.
9. Subscriptions
Upon creating a subscription, your order will automatically renew. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your customer profile no later than 24 hours before the next renewal. In case of payment errors, we reserve the right to suspend the subscription.
10. Complaint Options
If we cannot agree on a solution, you can submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. See more at naevneneshus.dk.
11. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute will be settled according to Danish law by the Danish courts.
